Q:
How do I find out what Ext # a phone is?
A:
On that phone, press Feature * 0, then press the intercom button.

How to I change the time and date on our phones?
A:
View both of the sheets below and follow the steps that match what
you see in your display.

How do I fix a locked mail box?
A:
View the Voicemail Box Admin
sheet and follow the steps to reset a mailbox password.
Q:
How do I program my memory buttons?
A:
There are 3 options of what to program on a button.
· To
program an outside speed dial number, press Feature * 1, press the
button, type in the number and press #.
· To
program an Ext speed dial, press Feature * 2, press the button, type
in the Ext number.
· To
program a Feature on to a button, press Feature *3, press the
button, press Feature, then the code.
Q:
What's wrong with my phone if the display always says one thing no
matter which button I press?
A:
Whenever you phone only does one thing or displays on thing, that
means a button on your phone is stuck. Make sure all button fully
pop up after being pressed.
